  1. Neck

    Place your right hand on your subject's right shoulder close to the neck. Start with a gentle side stretching to the right pushing with your left hand and supporting with your right hand. The stretching has to be done in a slow motion and the extension should be in the limits of comfort. Perform this a few times on each side. Continue with stretching forward - backward in the same slow motion. Continue the stretching with alternative rotations; one clockwise the next one counterclockwise.     Stand on the opposite side to the one that you are working on. I suggest you stand on the right side first. Push with the flats of your fingers (one hand on top of the other) away from the center line, then glide back toward the spine.
